Precision Analytical is licensed in California in General Engineering-A, General Building-B, Water Treatment-C55, Hazardous Substance Removal-HAZ and Oilfield Work-D09. We are also certified to prepare and implement water pollution control plans (WPCP) and stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP).

In the role of general contractor, Precision Analytical can greatly increase the chances of attaining approval of LEED® project prerequisites and credits thru the construction management practices and supplier selections of our staff LEED AP's. We can also work with owners and prime contractors in the role of construction management consultants on LEED projects. Precision Analytical can actively assist in administering the LEED certification process in all phases of a construction project.

Our two lead Project Managers hold B.S. Construction Management degrees, and have more than 50 years combined experience in a wide variety of private and public construction projects. Projects successfully completed include school remodels, park and building renovations, industrial water treatment and distribution systems, commercial driveway and parking lot construction, and new building construction.
