Precision Analytical, Inc. was established in 1999 and is a California-licensed General Contractor and ELAP-accredited testing laboratory serving a wide variety of clients including water districts, oil companies and municipalities.  The construction division has LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff to facilitate LEED certification credits for new construction and major renovations. 

The water treatment division works with construction services and the laboratory to design and implement a variety of water treatment solutions.

The laboratory division provides analytical and field sampling services, and water treatment feasibility studies and special research projects.

Precision Analytical is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business, and is verified as an SDVOSB/DVBE by the VA's CVE and CA DGS, as an SDB/DBE by the SBA and NMSDC, and as an MBE by the CPUC Supplier Clearinghouse. Precision Analytical was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the City of Clovis, CA on November 8th, 2008 for a city park renovation project, and on April 14th, 2009 was nominated by a major client for the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) Supplier of the Year Award.
